Royal Oak offers Magical Fun for Families
Royal Oak recently was selected by Disney as one of only 30 stops on its nationwide “What Will You Celebrate?” tour, spotlighting Disney theme parks.
Royal Oak business owners enthusiastic about the news, quickly created a “Family Fun Night” as a way to celebrate and bring more families into the downtown.
Radio Disney (AM 910) on Friday agreed to jump into the mix too. They’ll be part of Family Fun Night activities planned for this Friday, Oct. 3 from 5-8 p.m.
The Detroit School of Rock & Pop Music, 1109 S. Washington, will be kicking out the jams late Friday with anyone who wants to stop in and channel their inner Hannah Montana or practice for their High School Musical. Owner Jason Gittinger said the music school/gallery/recording studio will keep its doors open for the music-inclined crowds to jam, hang, and talk about music!
