Alan Tishk:
Alan Tishk joined the DSRP back in 2008, as an intern in the studio on Monday nights.  Now, Alan teaches guitar, leads band rehearsals, and runs Studio Circle, DRSP’s recording workshop, every Monday night.

Alan comes to us from Philadelphia (with pit stops in Pittsburgh and Boston along the way here).  A graduate of the Music Production and Engineering program at Boston’s Berklee College of Music, Alan has manned the recording console for countless styles of music with such legends as Aretha Franklin, Alto Reed, and Stephanie Eulinberg from Kid Rock’s band. Alan is highly skilled in all facets of music, including recording, mixing, mastering, and performing in styles from classic rock and disco to current pop hits. Alan can be seen regularly playing around town in the 70′s Tribute project The Boogie Dynomite. Alan is an amateur photographer, an amateur Magic: The Gathering player, and an amateur cook (he makes a killer bowl of chili). The three things Alan loves most in this world are his wife and family, good music, and bacon.
Alan lives in Royal Oak.
