Jason you rock!!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! WE all loved the program that you had for us on Saturday. You related to the children (ages 7-9) so perfectly. You were patient and funny! The background of different music beats and how they evolved was informative as well as being represented in a way they could understand. I think the references to things that are current in their lives helped them to put it to memory, such as the relation to Disney movies and current songs. We honestly could not be any more thrilled! The information that you shared with us about the instruments and the history of them was very entertaining. My personal favorite thing that you taught them was your idea on perfection. I adored that and have not stopped talking about it to anyone who will listen!! It made them feel that they can try anything and they don’t need to be perfect at it now, just enjoy it and feel it. I also enjoyed how you told them to respect each other and to let go of petty things because your friends you make when your young are often the friends you can count on the most later in life. The music recording was brilliant! They loved seeing all the layers that go into a recording that you hear on the radio. Very brilliant! They all felt like divas when they got the chance to record their very own version of Firework. Honestly, it is an experience they won’t ever forget and I applaud you and your love for music. I gave the program a 125 out of 100,, a 15 out of 10.. 8  stars out of 5.. well, you get the gist! I will be back, and I will talk to whomever will listen about the professionalism, kindness and positive energy that we received through you and THE DETROIT SCHOOL OF ROCK AND POP!!

Much admiration,
